Never as in this time have we learned how a prompt response to an emergency situation can make a difference. We are proud of how rapidly ICA Group has tackled the Covid-19 emergency: we immediately put in place measures to keep our employees safe, to start remote working and to produce sanitizing gel and spray for donation.
Here we want to talk about a new service: a technical support service intended for professional users - customers and non-customers - who need the support of our experts even from a distance.
Super fast tech support
These days we need to keep social distancing as much as possible, but at the same time we are incredibly connected. Therefore we wondered how we could effectively support our customers, even from afar, because we wanted to keep ensuring a warm and direct contact with our staff.
Hence the idea of creating a fast and agile remote technical support service that allows us to interact with anyone who needs advice, tips or opinions. This service is available from Italy and abroad for all our customers, as well as all B2B customers that need to receive technical support from our experts.
