Giulio De Carli, Managing Partner of One Works, a leading Italian architectural firm with international scope, joins our BoD as Independent Board Member.
This decision is particularly aimed at strengthening oversight of all phases of design for our customers, from concept to implementation, and from industrialization of the finished product through to industrial production.
”In this important growth phase, which has seen successful expansion into new international markets and strengthening of our position within Italy, we have identified architect Giulio De Carli as possessing the necessary expertise to support us in execution of our strategy to strengthen dialog with end customers, enabling us to express and harness the value of our products right from the concept design phase, confident that the culture and knowledge of innovation and technology that we are constantly investing in should be shared to the benefit of the entire system” commented Sandro Paniccia, CEO of ICA Group.
We share a vision of innovation and environmental sustainability with Giulio De Carli, and these values place us at the forefront of our field. Giulio De Carli offers the group his consolidated expertise and network resulting from more than 30 years’ experience. During this time, he has developed a keen awareness and focus on the added value brought to design by detailed solutions rooted in research and excellence, generating opportunities for differentiation right from the concept design phase, whether for large infrastructural works or interior and product design projects. Confirmation of this approach can be found in the design of the One Works headquarters in Milan, conceived as a hub for creative dialog and sharing between customers, industry professionals and users.
In addition to Giulio De Carli joining the ICA Group BoD, other new board members have also been appointed: Andrea Paniccia, General Manager, and Lorenzo Paniccia, R&D Technical Manager, in the context of the current generational handover.
The broadening of the BoD forms part of a wider project aimed at developing governance of the ICA Group that is effective and captures future business opportunities, in an increasingly dynamic and complex scenario.
